Direkt zum Engelsystem
Hallo!
Wie schön, dass Du Dich dafür interessierst, wie du uns auf der ZaPF helfen kannst. So eine große Tagung funktioniert nämlich nur mit ganz viel Hilfe. Deshalb sind uns alle Helfenden auch sehr wichtig. Man könnte fast von Engeln auf Erden sprechen. Deshalb heißt das System, mit dem wir alle tollen helfenden Menschen verwalten auch Engelsystem.
Dort kannst du dich zum Helfen anmelden. Falls du schon einen ZaPF-Account hast, kannst du den zur Anmeldung verwenden. Ansonsten ist es aber auch nicht kompliziert, dir einen Account zu erstellen :) Du brauchst nur eine Mailadresse und ein Passwort. Nach dem Ende der Tagung werden wir das Event im Engelsystem und alle damit verbundenen Daten wieder löschen.

Du musst dich übrigens nicht für den gesamten Zeitraum der Tagung verpflichten, es hilft uns auch schon sehr, wenn du eine oder ein paar der Schichten übernimmst!
Falls dir der glorreiche Titel “Engel” als Anreiz nicht reicht, haben wir uns an der Tradition der ZaPF orientiert und eigens ein T-Shirt entworfen. Ab 3 Stunden Hilfe auf der ZaPF, hast du dir ein eigenes verdient. Weil Helfen hungrig macht, darfst du dir an dem Tag auch Essen vom Buffet im Foyer der Physik nehmen. Außerdem darfst du dann auch an der ZaPF-Party am 16.05.2026 teilnehmen, sowie an einem späteren Helfenden-Essen (mehr Infos dazu zu im Engelsystem).

Hello!
How lovely that you’re interested in how you can help us at the ZaPF. A conference of this size simply wouldn’t work without a great deal of help. That’s why all our volunteers are so important to us. You could almost call them angels on earth. That’s why the system we use to manage all our wonderful volunteers is called the Angel System.
You can sign up to help there. If you already have a ZaPF account, you can use that to log in. Otherwise, it’s not difficult to create an account :) All you need is an email address and a password. Once the conference is over, we will delete the event from the Engelsystem and all associated data.

By the way, you don’t have to commit to the whole duration of the conference; it would be a great help to us if you could just take on one or a few shifts!
If the glorious title of “Angel” isn’t enough of an incentive, we’ve followed the ZaPF tradition and designed a special T-shirt. If you help out at the ZaPF for 3 hours or more, you’ve earned your very own. Because helping makes you hungry, you’re also allowed to help yourself to food from the buffet in the Physics foyer on the day. What’s more, you’ll then be able to attend the ZaPF party on 16 May 2026, as well as a helpers’ dinner at a later date (more info on this in the Angel System).
To give you a better idea of the tasks where we might need your help, we’ve also put together a brief overview for you.
Unfortunately, for organisational reasons, we are unable to provide the entire shift system in English. Please do get in touch if you’d like to help us. We’d be happy to assist you with navigating the shifts and conference.
